These Clinic Policies, Disclosures, and Legal Terms (“Policies”) govern scheduling, financial responsibility, communications, website use, and receipt of services at AlyneMD. By scheduling an appointment, submitting a form, accessing this website, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to these Policies, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Scope of Services

AlyneMD provides medical, aesthetic, longevity, and related services. Certain services may be elective, non-covered, or non-insurance-reimbursable.
Not all services are appropriate for all individuals. Treatment recommendations are made based on medical judgment, safety considerations, and individual assessment.

3. Appointment Scheduling,Cancellation & Attendance Policy

AlyneMD reserves physician and clinical resources exclusively for each scheduled appointment.

Notice Requirements

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time
Appointments involving extended physician time, procedures, or specialized preparation may require 72 hours’ notice, as disclosed at the time of scheduling.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations outside the required notice period may result in:
Forfeiture of deposits, and/or
Assessment of a late cancellation fee corresponding to the reserved appointment time.
Late cancellation fees apply regardless of reason, including illness, travel disruptions, or scheduling conflicts, except where prohibited by law.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice constitutes a no-show and may result in:
Forfeiture of deposits
Assessment of a no-show fee

Repeat Attendance Issues

Patients demonstrating a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to:
Prepay future appointments
Provide non-refundable deposits
Accept limited scheduling availability
AlyneMD reserves the right to decline future non-emergent services based on attendance history, to the extent permitted by law.

Physician Time Valuation

Fees associated with late cancellations or no-shows represent compensation for reserved physician and clinical resources and are not penalties.

4. Financial Responsibility & Payment Terms

Patients are financially responsible for all services rendered.

AlyneMD provides medical, aesthetic, longevity, and related services. Certain services may be elective, non-covered, or non-insurance-reimbursable.

Deposits & Prepayments

Certain services require non-refundable deposits or prepayments to secure scheduling. Deposits may be applied toward treatment costs but are forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show, except where prohibited by law.

Refund Policy

Services rendered are non-refundable. Consultation fees, deposits, and reserved appointment time are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Third-Party Financing & Payment Platforms

AlyneMD may facilitate access to third-party financing or pay-over-time services, including but not limited to CareCredit, Cherry, Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.
AlyneMD is not a lender and does not determine approval, interest rates, repayment terms, or credit decisions. AlyneMD bears no responsibility for disputes arising from third-party financing agreements. All financing obligations are strictly between the patient and the financing provider.
Patients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered, reserved appointment time, or fees assessed in accordance with these Policies, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Insurance & Good Faith Estimates

Most aesthetic, longevity, and elective services are self-pay and not covered by insurance.
Where applicable, AlyneMD will comply with the No Surprises Act and provide a Good Faith Estimate upon request for scheduled services for self-pay or uninsured patients, as required by federal law.
Insurance coverage determinations are made solely by the insurer. AlyneMD does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement.

7. Results, Outcomes & Advertising Disclaimer

All medical and aesthetic procedures involve inherent variability. Individual results vary based on anatomy, health status, biological response, and adherence to post-treatment instructions.
No outcome is guaranteed. Any statements regarding outcomes are not promises or guarantees of results.

8. Before & After Images and Visual Materials

Visual materials displayed by AlyneMD may include:
Images of AlyneMD patients treated at our clinic, and/or
Educational or illustrative images supplied by device manufacturers or technology vendors.
Such materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not represent typical outcomes. Vendor-supplied images are not intended to represent results achievable at AlyneMD.

9. Electronic Communications Consent (TCPA Compliance)

By providing contact information, patients consent to receive communications from AlyneMD via phone, email, and text message for administrative, informational, and appointment-related purposes.
Consent is not a condition of treatment. Message and data rates may apply. Patients may opt out at any time.

10. Privacy, HIPAA & Website Use

Website forms are not intended for the transmission of protected health information (PHI). Patients should not submit sensitive medical information through this website unless directed to a secure clinical portal.
Protected health information is governed by AlyneMD’s Notice of Privacy Practices, provided separately in accordance with HIPAA.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlyneMD disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, communications, scheduling systems, or services.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Policies are governed by the laws of the state in which services are rendered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes shall lie in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Policies is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Policies constitute the entire agreement regarding clinic policies and supersede prior oral or written representations, except where superseded by executed clinical consent forms or state-mandated disclosures.

15. Policy Updates

AlyneMD reserves the right to modify these Policies at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page & apply prospectively.
